Job summary

YourSIP IT Services is seeking an experienced IT Technician - Managed Services to join our Palm Harbor team. This hands-on, client-facing role balances remote support from our Palm Harbor office with local on-site work across the Tampa Bay area.

You will own problems from start to finish, diagnose root causes, implement solutions, document outcomes, and communicate clearly with clients. Ideal for experienced MSP technicians who thrive in a multi-client environment and want to advance in

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment is required.
• Experience supporting multiple businesses, users and technology environments.
• Experience troubleshooting beyond basic Level 1 helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of issues from investigation through resolution, documentation and client communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, application, server and user issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs).
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi infra.
• Provide Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting beyond basic tasks.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, file permissions and Windows Server environments.
• Participate in client projects (onboarding, migrations, deployments, upgrades).
• Perform onsite client visits across Tampa Bay for support and projects.
