Job summary

Beyond IT Support is seeking an experienced MSP Desktop & Field Support Technician for our Florida office in Bradenton. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with on-site visits, ticket resolution, equipment installation, and guidance to junior technicians.

You will be the local, customer-facing IT expert, interacting with business owners and end users, explaining complex issues in plain language while maintaining documentation and prioritizing escalations as needed.

Qualifications

5 years of professional desktop support or related IT role.
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and business applications.
Experience installing/repairing computer equipment.
Ability to escalate to remote engineers or vendors when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and common business applications.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Set up new computers, user accounts, monitors, printers, and office equipment.
Visit customer locations when our remote support team needs onsite support.
Document all troubleshooting, work performed, recommendations, and customer communication in the ticketing system.
Provide technical guidance to bench technicians and assist with escalated repairs.
