Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Managed IT) to manage a portfolio of clients from Beaverton, OR, on-site. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex IT concepts into business outcomes and driving technology roadmaps.

The role emphasizes client relationships, budgeting, ROI analysis, and collaboration with Sales Engineers, Helpdesk, and Project Delivery to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, vCIO, IT Director, or senior IT consultant
• Experience with IT budgeting, strategic planning, and technology roadmaps
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and conducting Technical Business Reviews
• Strong ROI analysis and cost-benefit justification for IT investments

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts within Managed IT Services
• Serve as a technical and consultative resource and align technology with business goals
• Drive IT strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain proactive communication and relationships
