Inetum is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to attract and engage top technology talent across Belgium. You will build credibility with candidates and business stakeholders, combining recruiting expertise with a commercial mindset to deliver results.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and freelance IT positions, partnering with Business Unit Leaders and Sales to support growth and strengthen Inetum's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to attract and engage IT talent.
• Strong network within the IT sector in Belgium.
• Comfortable targeting both permanent and freelance profiles.
• Excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and freelance IT profiles.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and other sourcing channels.
• Build, maintain and leverage a strong IT/tech network.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience.
• Partner with Business Unit Leaders and Sales to align hiring with business priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability and market realities.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches for niche profiles.
• Stay informed about technology trends in the talent market.
• Act as an ambassador for Inetum and strengthen employer brand.
