Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business requirements across various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for critical and niche positions.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer closure, and joining.
• Maintain regular stakeholder updates on pipeline, TAT, challenges, and hiring progress.
• Act as the key point of contact between TA, business, and other internal teams to ensure smooth hiring delivery.
• Proactively highlight hiring risks, market challenges, and delays and drive suitable action plans.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS, and ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT.
