Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a results-oriented recruiter to identify, attract, and place top IT consultants. You will manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle, build strong relationships, and align consultant skills with client projects.

The role emphasizes proactive networking, understanding client needs, and negotiating attractive compensation packages in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact through the recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, including outbound calls to match them with opportunities.
• Understand client IT initiatives and environments to best align consultants with hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and hire candidates.
