You will manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and freelance IT positions, partnering with Business Unit Leaders and Sales to support growth and strengthen Inetum's employer brand.

• Partner with Business Unit Leaders and Sales to align hiring with business priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability and market realities.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches for niche profiles.

• We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to help us attract and engage top technology talent across Belgium. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and finding solutions in a competitive talent market.
• You have a strong network within the IT sector, are comfortable approaching candidates directly, and know how to build credibility with both candidates and business stakeholders. You combine recruitment expertise with a commercial mindset and enjoy working closely with the business to achieve results.
• You will play a key role in attracting both permanent employees and freelance consultants, partnering closely with Business Unit Leaders and Sales teams to support the continued growth of the business.
• As a Senior IT Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and freelance IT positions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market insights, challenging assumptions and helping hiring managers make informed talent decisions.
