Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to lead and scale our internal IT function.

This role focuses on reliable operation, automation, and continuous improvement of corporate IT systems. The Senior Manager will oversee IAM, endpoint management, ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and IT support, partnering with Engineering, Security, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology services for a distributed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern IT stack, including AI tools.
• Experience automating onboarding/offboarding with auditability and traceability.
• Familiarity with compliance such as SOC1, SOC2, and FedRAMP activities.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-first company (80-500 employees ideal).

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale internal IT operations, including IAM, endpoint management, and ITSM.
• Own onboarding/offboarding processes and lifecycle management.
• Drive IT roadmaps, budgeting, and cost optimization with stakeholders.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks and integrate HR, identity, SaaS, and ITSM platforms.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to support audits and compliance.
