Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to lead and scale our internal IT function.

You will oversee identity/access management, endpoint management, ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and IT support to deliver secure, scalable services for a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate manages people and vendors while solving technical challenges, automating repetitive work, and driving a high-quality employee IT experience across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with modern IT stack and AI tools.
• Automating user onboarding and offboarding with auditability and traceability.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC1, SOC2 and FedRamp.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT roadmap and translate priorities into actionable projects.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops).
• Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Drive tool standardization and rationalization to optimize the tech portfolio.
• Partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization.
• Own the strategy and operational management of core internal systems, including license management.
• Ensure onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle management are reliable and scalable.
• Automate employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device provisioning.
• Establish governance for onboarding AI solutions and usage.
