Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to lead and scale the internal IT function for a hybrid, distributed workforce.

You will own core IT systems, drive automation, enforce security policies, and partner with Security, Engineering, and HR to deliver reliable technology services. The role requires 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in leadership, experience with AI tools, and a strong track record in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern IT stack, including AI tools.
• Experience automating user onboarding and offboarding with auditability and traceability.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC1, SOC2, and FedRAMP.
• SaaS or cloud-first company experience (80-500 employees).
• Ability to scale IT processes in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize Aravo's IT roadmap with actionable projects and improvements.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops).
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Drive tool standardization and rationalization across the technology portfolio.
• Partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Oversee strategy and operations of core internal systems, including license management.
• Support a hybrid/remote workforce with effective endpoint, identity, and access strategies.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and other IT processes.
