Job summary

Aviatrix is seeking a Director of IT Operations in the United States to lead enterprise IT services, IAM, and infrastructure strategy. You will oversee onboarding, office IT, helpdesk, asset/vendor management, and vendor governance, driving automation and cost optimization while reporting to the VP of IT and AI.

The role calls for senior leadership with 15+ years in IT operations, strong ITIL/IAM knowledge, and a track record in cloud governance across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years IT operations, with 7+ in senior leadership; enterprise IT experience.
• Proven track record leading IT support functions and asset/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations strategy, including onboarding, office IT, tools, helpdesk, asset and vendor management.
• Ensure 100% uptime for critical IT services and IAM; manage SLAs and MTTR.
• Drive AI-powered automation, cost optimization, and ROI across IT operations.
