Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to scale our internal IT function.

You will lead the IT team, oversee identity and access management, endpoint management, ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and provide secure, scalable technology services for a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage people and vendors while driving automation, process improvement, and a high-quality employee IT experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with modern IT stack, including AI tools.
• Experience automating onboarding/offboarding with auditability.
• Experience with security/compliance frameworks such as SOC1 and SOC2; FedRamp experience a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-first company (80-500 employees).

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize Aravo's IT roadmap with actionable projects and improvements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops).
• Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Drive tool standardization and rationalization across the tech portfolio.
• Partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Own strategy and operations of core internal systems, including license management.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, device provisioning and related IT processes.
• Support hybrid/remote workforce with robust endpoint and identity strategies.
