Job summary

Antora Energy is hiring its first Senior IT Manager to own IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise technology environment. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution across corporate, factory, and project-site environments, partnering with engineering teams and external IT specialists to secure and scale IT foundations.

The position emphasizes building robust network and security foundations, transitioning to a more internally led function as the company

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in growing technology or hardware companies.
• Strong knowledge of network security, IAM (SSO), endpoints, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity across all Antora environments.
• Lead IT planning, budgeting, and roadmapping; set policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external IT partners and internal teams to improve security and reliability.
• Maintain inventory and governance for applications and data access across the org.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and enforce OS hardening and device standards.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Operations to secure OT environments and align with product needs.
