Qualifications

Two years of experience as IT Systems Specialist involving database management and online telecommunications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related field; substitutions allowed.
Experience with production support, incident triage and root cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead production support operations per client priorities and ensure success of the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, report status, and triage issues.
