Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support engineer in Chandler, AZ to monitor critical business applications, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolutions.

In this role you will provide L1/L2 support, perform root-cause analysis, run SQL data validation, coordinate with development, infrastructure and QA teams, manage tickets within SLAs, participate in deployments, and create knowledge articles and runbooks for future automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor applications, jobs, interfaces, and system health.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze logs and system behavior for issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, DB and QA teams for resolution.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems within SLAs.
• Participate in production deployments, releases and post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest automation opportunities.
• Participate in on-call/rotational support.
• Communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
