Phoenix Staff is seeking a Healthcare Senior Business Analyst in the Phoenix, AZ area. This contract-to-hire role bridges business units and IS to deliver data-driven solutions for enterprise reporting and operational efficiency.

The candidate will translate objectives into clear system requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and IT leadership, and oversee testing, UAT, and budgeting activities as part of large-scale IS projects.

Qualificações

• 5 years of healthcare or medical industry experience, ideally in clinical or post-acute care settings
• 6 years of professional experience in business and systems analysis for enterprise technology projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, or related discipline — or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills translating complex business challenges into actionable system requirements
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, acting as analyst and SME across diverse functional areas
• Partner with stakeholders and IT leadership to analyze challenges and define data-driven solutions
• Provide functional and technical insight to support design, development, and implementation of large-scale IS
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, IT teams, vendors, and consultants
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to align initiatives with business and technical requirements
• Translate complex objectives into clear, detailed, testable system requirements
• Support IS leadership in planning and monitoring business analysis activities
• Document current and future business processes with key teams
• Develop, document, and communicate business requirements; facilitate reviews and approvals
• Lead solution evaluation activities including vendor research, RFPs, demonstrations, and scoring
• Facilitate requirements review sessions with IT infra, security, compliance, and legal
• Contribute to early-stage budgeting and resource planning
• Oversee system and integration testing and user acceptance testing
