Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to design architectural frameworks for large, resilient systems.

You will provide technical direction across requirements development, design, engineering, configuration, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software solutions. Responsibilities include optimizing engineering processes, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with industry partners to implement the latest capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of progressive experience.
• 4+ years of experience with provision of system solutions for physical security and IT solutions.
• Experience eliciting requirements, designing, testing, and implementing hardware/software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automation and optimization of engineering processes.
• Perform systems engineering assessments and develop design solutions.
• Lead testing against established test plans and document results.
• Interact with Government regarding Systems Engineering considerations.
