Job summary

M.C. Dean is a leading provider of cyber-physical solutions, delivering secure, reliable systems for federal, local and commercial customers. The IT Systems Engineer 5 will shape architectures for large, complex, resilient systems, driving engineering direction from requirements through deployment.

The role requires active TS/SCI with poly and extensive DoD IT security experience, with a focus on secure IT infrastructure, security integrations, and program-level collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of progressive experience.
• 10+ years of experience delivering system solutions for physical security and IT solutions.
• Experience eliciting requirements, designing, testing, and implementing hardware/software solutions.
• Strong engineering with VMware ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP/DFS, WSUS, KMS, PKI.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural frameworks for large complex resilient systems.
• Provide technical direction for requirements development, design, integration and testing.
• Lead testing against established test plans and drive implementation work packages.
• Interact with Government and stakeholders to resolve problems and changes across lifecycle.
