Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced System Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, operating, and securing large complex hardware and virtualized infrastructure to meet stakeholder needs and performance requirements. You will drive architectural frameworks, provide technical direction, and coordinate with government and industry partners to deliver secure, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Electrical/Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience; Master’s preferred.
• Experience delivering security systems for data centers and virtual infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural frameworks for large complex resilient systems.
• Provide technical direction for requirements, design, engineering, and testing.
• Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.
• Perform system assessments and lifecycle refresh planning.
• Support government interfaces and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Create implementation plans and work breakdown structures.
• Collaborate with industry partners and OEMs on capabilities.
