Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an IT Systems Engineer 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team. You will design and engineer complex security-oriented systems and design frameworks for resilient architectures, coordinating with government and industry partners.

Responsibilities include requirements development, testing, integration, and technical leadership, ensuring security compliance and system integrity across DoD and commercial deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience with systems engineering.
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• 3+ years of system solutions for physical security and IT.
• Experience eliciting requirements, researching, designing, testing hardware/software.
• Proficient in VMware ESXi, Windows Server, DNS/DFS/DHCP, PKI, AD, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural frameworks for large resilient systems.
• Provide technical direction for requirements, design, integration and testing.
• Assist with automation and optimization of engineering processes.
• Coordinate with government and stakeholders on SE issues.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation.
