M.C. Dean in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will design, integrate, operate, and maintain secure cyber-physical solutions for federal, local, and commercial customers with complex needs.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, system architecture, documentation, and collaboration with government and industry partners. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required and DoD IT security standards experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems/Electrical/Mechanical or related engineering discipline; 7+ years progressive experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with automation and optimization of engineering processes.
• Conduct system engineering assessments, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
• Develop documentation including system architecture, test plans, and design docs.
• Coordinate with Government for technical considerations and issues.
• Review WBS, IMS, and contract plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Support lifecycle updates from development through operations and maintenance.
