Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Security Technical Specialist 4 within the Security and Electronic Systems division to design, engineer, integrate, test, and maintain cyber-physical security solutions for federal and commercial customers.

You will work across multidisciplinary teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps. The role requires extensive systems engineering expertise, collaboration with government sponsors, and readiness to travel up to 15% with a minimum on-site

Qualifications

• Experience applying systems engineering practices to complex systems
• Experience with architecture modeling, agile methodologies, or requirements development
• Ability to develop or review architecture products and requirements specifications
• Strong communication skills; ability to brief technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering across the full lifecycle: analysis, concept development, architecture, requirements, integration, verification, and transition
• Translate customer needs into system concepts, architectures, and requirements
• Develop and refine system architectures, including data flows, interfaces, and integration points
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and validate requirements with traceability
• Lead system integration, test, verification, validation, and deployment activities
• Support RMF accreditation and maintain O&M documentation; ensure accuracy of system docs
