Cribl, a remote‑first data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems—identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications and People teams to manage Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and a growing SaaS stack, ensuring security, reliability, and an excellent employee experience at scale.

This role is fully remote with occasional on‑call duties; base salary ranges from $99,000 to $156,000

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration
• Experience with identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure in a cloud‑first environment
• Hands‑on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS)
• ServiceNow administration and workflow/configuration experience
• Enterprise identity provider experience including SSO and lifecycle management
• Endpoint management for macOS/Windows with baseline configs and patching
• REST APIs and JSON familiarity for automation

Responsibilities

• Own administration of the primary identity provider (Okta or equivalent) with joiner/mover/leaver automations
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, logging, monitoring, and cloud resources
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune) including baselines and patching
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data model, catalog, SLAs, and integrations
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs) and SaaS integrations
• Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms
