TeamLogic IT is hiring an IT Systems Engineer II to deliver proactive, client-focused IT services in Bellevue. You will work onsite and with clients remotely, solving complex network, server, and security challenges while growing your expertise with cutting-edge tools.
A strong focus on collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning will help you succeed. You must have 5+ years in an MSP/IT role, hands-on setup of networks, Windows servers, AD, O365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT technician/engineer role.
- Experience configuring networks, Windows servers and workstations, Active Directory, O365.
- Deep experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Setting up and configuring firewalls such as SonicWall, Sophos, WatchGuard, Fortinet, Cisco.
- Backup technologies including cloud-based backups such as Datto and Veeam.
- Experience with RMM (Kaseya) and ticketing systems (Autotask or ConnectWise).
- Provided exceptional customer service and technical expertise on inbound calls and tickets.
