Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central IT liaison between CPE and NEC.
• Manage end user accounts and IT tickets in AESD REMEDY.
• Resolve NIPR and SIPR hardware and software issues.
• Support IT planning, equipment fielding, and network/print devices.
• Enforce information management and IT security requirements.
