Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a System Administration - Intermediate to support Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role focuses on maintaining the C4IM services ecosystem, including SCCM/SCOM, SQL databases, and Windows Server infrastructure.

You will manage Active Directory, deploy software, write scripts, and ensure security controls meet DoDIN-A standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SCCM and SCOM product suites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity controls and ensure security requirements.
• Manage SCCM/SCOM environments including administration consoles and reporting.
• Design, test, and implement upgrades to SCCM and SCOM environments.
• Build and distribute software packages via MSI and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage SQL databases and Windows Server operating systems on servers hosting SCCM/SCOM and SQL databases.
• Generate SQL queries to extract data from the SCCM inventory database.
• Maintain AD user accounts, OUs, GPOs, and images for desktops.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and architectural design documents.
