Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, supporting HQDA G-3/5/7 contract. The role involves IT/knowledge management support for a high-visibility government staff division and coordination with DoD contractors and networks.

The successful candidate will manage user access, RMF/IS security, COMSEC, and system authorization packages, while delivering executive-level support and ensuring compliance with DoD guidance.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must work with Government-provided software with emphasis on MS Office: Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Must think critically and apply analytical methodologies to data.
• Ability to focus on mission requirements while managing multiple priorities.
• Must require minimal supervision in a fast-paced Army HQ environment.
• Proficient in ETMS2 for authorization packages.
• Ability to articulate analysis to executives and staff.
• Provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Experience with Army/JSP/CCSA/DISA policies and planning.
• Experience with drafting EXORDs/FRAGOs/minutes/EXSUMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/knowledge management support for HQDA staff.
• Support IT operations and network administration for secure government networks.
• Maintain and update user access controls and lifecycle processes.
• Manage IS/IA requirements and RMF processes for information systems.
• Draft requirements, quotes, budgets, and coordinate IT purchases.
