Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking an IT Support Technician II to deliver advanced incident resolution and hands-on project work across multiple facilities, including executive and VIP user support. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration within a fast-paced IT team.

Based in the Corsicana office with travel to Waco, the technician will balance day-to-day support with project deployments, improve procedures, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT support, endpoint support, field support, or service desk operations.
• Proven ability to resolve intermediate to advanced end-user issues across devices and software.
• Experience administering support platforms as part of operations or projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced hardware, software, endpoint, access, and device incidents for diverse users.
• Troubleshoot, communicate with users, validate fixes, document work, escalate as needed.
• Perform break/fix, provisioning, configuration, asset, and lifecycle support for devices and peripherals.
• Support IT projects, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and office moves.
• Administer endpoint-management, Microsoft 365, MDM, conferencing, and end-user platforms.
• Contribute to site readiness, documentation, procedures, and process improvements.
• Mentor Level 1 staff with guidance on troubleshooting and customer service.
