Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician II for our Denver office. This role handles advanced incident resolution, break/fix work, and admin tasks across facilities, including executive and VIP users. Some travel is required as part of deployments and support initiatives.

The position balances daily incident response with project-oriented tasks, offering opportunities to contribute to operational improvements and mentoring of junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in information technology or related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience resolving end-user technical issues across devices/software.
• Experience performing admin tasks in support platforms.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint support and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced hardware, software, endpoint, access, and mobile-device incidents for diverse users.
• Troubleshoot, communicate with users, validate fixes, document work, escalate when needed.
• Provide break/fix, provisioning, configuration, asset, and lifecycle support for devices and peripherals.
• Support IT projects, deployments, upgrades, migrations, office moves, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Administer systems including endpoint-management and Microsoft 365 per procedures.
• Contribute to site readiness, documentation, and process improvements.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and uphold customer-service standards.
