Job summary

Riot Platforms in Austin is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join our entry-level frontline support team. You’ll handle incident response, break/fix tasks, and routine admin work across multiple facilities, delivering professional, timely service to users including executives and VIPs.

Based at the Austin office with two travel days to Rockdale, you’ll grow through structured exposure to end-user support, IT projects, and cross-site operations, building independence and reliability as you

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
0–2 years IT support or related hands-on experience.
Basic knowledge of end-user devices, OS, and productivity software.
Strong communication, customer-service, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn quickly and travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

Resolve frontline incidents and service requests across facilities.
Support hardware, software, accounts, mobile devices, printing, and conferencing.
Diagnose routine issues using established procedures and team guidance.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist in IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and office moves.
Collaborate with Level 2 technicians to improve processes.
Develop technical independence with coaching and increasing ownership.
