Riot Platforms in Denver, CO is seeking an IT Support Technician II to deliver advanced incident resolution and hands-on project support across facilities. The role combines day-to-day endpoint support with deployment, upgrades, and operational improvements, serving executive and VIP users.

You will mentor Level 1 technicians, manage devices from provisioning to lifecycle, and collaborate on IT projects, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Three to five years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience resolving intermediate to advanced end-user issues across devices and software.
• Experience performing admin tasks in support-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced hardware, software, endpoint, access, mobile-device, conferencing, printing, and workstation incidents for users.
• Manage incidents through resolution with troubleshooting and documentation.
• Provide break/fix, provisioning, configuration, asset, and lifecycle support for devices and peripherals.
• Support IT projects, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and office moves across facilities.
• Administer systems including endpoint-management, Microsoft 365, MDM, conferencing, and end-user platforms.
• Contribute to site readiness, documentation, and process improvements.
• Mentor IT Support Technician I staff through guidance and standards.
