Job summary

New Hampshire Catholic Charities Inc is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our dedicated team in Manchester, NH. This role manages and monitors on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, provides 1st level end-user support, and helps maintain security standards across systems.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining servers, networks, VoIP, and virtualization solutions, while creating documentation and partnering with vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in IT or equivalent
• 2+ years of IT infrastructure experience (networks, servers, storage)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products and server OS (2012/2019, AD, M365)
• Networking skills (switching/routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, VPNs)
• VMware/VDI experience; Veeam software; VoIP; MDM; security best practices

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT systems and applications
• Manage user environments: desktops, profiles, software delivery
• Assist users with access to network resources and software
• Create/update IT documentation and procedures
• Champion IT standards, security, and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and colleagues on projects and training
