Job summary

HB Global, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the primary point of contact for technology-related support across the organization. The role emphasizes a strong customer service mindset and efficient technical assistance while helping employees.

You will install and maintain hardware and software, manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and help protect endpoints with security protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Experience supporting SharePoint and cloud storage.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience configuring ITSM ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to non-technical end users.
• Track IT incidents and requests in the ITSM platform, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, and test hardware and software per company standards.
• Administer user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM.
• Support endpoint security configurations and asset management.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge base.
• Assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and orientation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
