Job summary

HB Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the primary contact for technology-related support within the organization. You will deliver professional, customer-focused technical assistance while teaching and empowering employees to use IT systems effectively.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and ITSM practices. You will participate in after-hours on-call rotations and contribute to process improvements across IT

Qualifications

• BS in IT or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years IT support experience.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to non-technical end users.
• Track IT incidents and requests in ITSM with SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents, escalating only when beyond scope.
• Install, configure, and test hardware and software on devices.
• Manage user accounts and access across AD, M365, Azure, and MDM.
• Support endpoint security configurations and mitigations.
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
