Job summary

Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) is seeking an IT Support Technician for a temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise-level software and hardware across client systems.

The position includes onboarding/offboarding users in Microsoft cloud services, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and coordinating with other IT teams.

Qualifications

• Two year IT certificate or equivalent required.
• Healthcare or Education IT exposure preferred.
• Ability to onboard/offboard users in cloud services and support enterprise software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding of users in Microsoft's cloud services.
• Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and problem solve various hardware, software, and cellular issues.
• Monitor Desktop computer anti-virus status and resolve issues as needed.
• Document IT procedures for IT staff and end users.
• Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
• Setup and install personal computers.
• Travel to remote sites when needed.
• Work with third party vendors when needed.
