Job summary

Tulane University is seeking an IT Support Technician III to diagnose and resolve technology and user performance issues, create and test software installations, and manage laptop repair operations on campus. You will coordinate with Technology Connection staff for repair needs and provide training and user education to the Tulane Community.

Ideal candidates have 5 years’ desktop support across Mac/Windows/Unix, with AMCT/A+ hardware certifications or ability to obtain them within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years’ desktop support experience on Mac, Windows, or Unix.
• 3 years’ experience with Windows/MacOS and productivity apps.
