Job summary

Blink Health in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to keep our operations running smoothly. You will deliver end-user support for MacOS and Windows, manage devices, and coordinate with DevOps, Security, and Operations to resolve issues quickly.

This on-site role requires strong communication, service orientation, and a proactive approach. Expect on-call rotations, occasional travel, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment at Blink Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-user IT support experience.
• Experience supporting MacOS, Windows, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience managing/storing assets for laptops onsite and remotely.
• MDM (Jamf/Intune) is a plus.
• Experience setting up video conferences using Zoom.
• Experience with Amazon Connect and Zendesk is a plus.
• Experience supporting a large remote user community.
• Experience supporting a warehouse setup is a plus.
• Document SOPs to assist teammates and contribute to self-service portal.
• Be professional, service-oriented, articulate, collaborative, and team-focused.
• Drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support to end-users and operations teams.
• Support remote access tech, laptops (Windows & Mac), Okta, Google Suite, software installations, and more.
• Provide end-user support for MacOS and Windows environments.
• Support mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).
• Perform desk/office moves, setups, and equipment changes.
• Track requests to completion using JIRA; capture and resolve issues.
• Provide end-user training and preventative maintenance; track inventory.
• Liaise with Pharmacy Ops, DevOps, InfoSec, Software Development, and other departments.
• On-site Monday–Friday during business hours.
• Participate in on-call rotation for remote support on Saturdays & Sundays 9am-5pm ET.
• May travel occasionally to provide IT support.
