Job summary

Agital in St. Louis, MO is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for end-user IT requests. This on-site role supports Mac and PC, administers Microsoft 365 and Google Drive, and helps manage device imaging, onboarding, and asset tracking for a growing workforce.

You will troubleshoot across hardware and software, maintain documentation in the knowledge base, and escalate complex issues while collaborating with the IT team to improve processes and response times.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in technology-based customer support or help desk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact via ticketing, email, phone or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals on Mac and PC.
• Set up, image, and deploy new employee devices.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and hardware refresh cycles.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, and disposal.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Drive accounts.
• Document issues and maintain knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Administrator.
• Support ad hoc IT projects.
