Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Support: provide high-level troubleshooting for client environments.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including Windows, 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, Azure.
Infrastructure & Network Support: server installations, backups, firewall/Switch work.
Project & Field Work: onsite projects and infrastructure upgrades for clients.
Customer Experience & Communication: translate technical concepts clearly and stay proactive.
