Summit Staffing Partners is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join an in-house technology team. You will manage Windows systems, endpoints, servers, networking, cloud services, and security tools as a true IT generalist.

You will administer Microsoft 365/Intune, provide end-user support, and help evolve the firm’s cloud environment while driving infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives. This role offers growth within a collaborative IT environment.

Formación

• 2-5+ years of hands-on systems administration or IT operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows environments, servers, networking, and security tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues methodically.
• Ability to operate across multiple IT disciplines in a smaller, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day technology operations across Windows systems, endpoints, servers, networking, cloud services, and security tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune; assist with device management and user access configurations.
• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues for employees.
• Monitor Windows desktop/server environments; address performance and access issues as they arise.
• Support network infrastructure including firewalls and connectivity across the organization.
• Assist with evolving cloud environments and adoption of cloud technologies.
• Contribute to upgrades, migrations, and IT improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and MSPs to resolve issues and support projects.
• Help strengthen security posture by supporting security tools and controls.
