What You Bring to the Table:

We are seeking an Information Technology Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure. MSP or managed services experience is strongly preferred — candidates who have supported multiple clients across different industries bring the breadth of exposure we value. As an alternative, experience working in-house at 4–5 different organizations is acceptable. Candidates whose background is limited to one or two long-term employers are less preferred. You must be local to Bakersfield. Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, the ability to train end users, and a positive attitude are essential. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
