Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to deploy and support Mac/Windows/ChromeOS, manage hardware, and ensure smooth operations across user devices in a New York environment.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years of hands-on IT support, strong networking knowledge, and proficiency with Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. The role includes system administration and collaboration with vendors, with benefits and post-offer screening as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Experience supporting macOS 10.15+ and Windows 10+.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• Proven hardware troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management.
• Experience with SSO and MFA; onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience with server administration and collaboration tools (Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Experience with scripting, programming, or SQL; project management.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
