Job summary

Trustar Bank is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to resolve Tier 1 service desk tickets and support end users across devices, networks, and applications.

You will administer Citrix VADs, Azure AD, and Intune, while ensuring endpoint security, patching, and asset management in a diverse corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Five+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiencies in Citrix, Windows Server, Exchange, VoIP systems.
• Familiar with PC and peripheral installation and repairs.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Tier 1 service desk tickets.
• Open and manage service tickets with 3rd party vendors.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Support Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage printers, scanners, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Monitor VM disk space and optimize performance.
• Support remote users and branch locations.
• Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and MFA.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Administer Entra ID/Azure AD and device enrollment.
• Monitor endpoint security and perform patches.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
• Maintain CMDB/ITAM and asset lifecycle records.
