Tempus AI is seeking an IT Support Specialist to address desktop and conference room tech, manage user accounts, and coordinate with vendors across remote/hybrid environments. You will support executives, maintain devices, and assist with security tools in a fast-paced healthcare IT setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT, strong communication, and experience with Windows/Mac, SCCM, AD, Okta, and SaaS apps. California posting with CA wage guidance and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and troubleshooting software including MS Office, Windows Server and SaaS apps.
• Familiar with SaaS ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Installing and supporting endpoint security and anti-virus tools.
• Basic network and VOIP troubleshooting.
• Identity management: AD/Okta/Google Admin.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to write reports and user instructions.
• Mac OS X and Windows support experience; remote, on-site, or hybrid users.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments including off-hours support.
• 2+ years in IT or related customer service role; certifications listed above are a plus.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and familiarity with ITIL/Comptia A+.

Responsibilities

• Addressing and mitigating technology-related issues for employees (desktop support).
• Maintaining computer systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals with inventory tracking.
• User account administration including on/off-boarding.
• Evaluating and testing new technologies.
• Working with software and hardware vendors.
• Supporting IT Operations Manager with business-critical initiatives.
• Supporting executives with IT-related issues.
• Maintaining AV and conference room tech (Crestron, TVs, Apple TV).
• Phone and remote support for Tempus clients.
• Updating ticketing system and creating guides for employees.
