Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide data processing services across facilities, perform basic computer system maintenance, set up new computers, and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with CFO/Corp IT to enforce security procedures.

The role interacts with staff across departments and IT vendors, requires associates degree or equivalent, and preference for healthcare IT experience; robust Windows/Office and networking knowledge expected; remote support

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years related experience in Information Systems, preferably healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and security procedures.
• Technical certifications preferred (MCSE/CCNA/A+/NET+).

Responsibilities

• Provide data processing services and basic computer system maintenance.
• Set up new computers and prepare decommissioned units for removal.
• Troubleshoot computer systems problems and advise CFO/Corp IT on security procedures.
