• Manages network accounts and access rules for county computer users and computers.

Responsibilities

• Performs small scale wiring projects and schedules equipment installations.
• Provides end users with technical training on software, hardware and Internet use.
• Assists with installs of new software releases, system upgrades and patches.
• Performs all other related duties involved in the operation of the IT Department.
