Delavan Holdings in Wisconsin seeks an IT Specialist to provide onsite and remote support for Walworth County dealerships, based in Delavan. The role uses a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement with occasional overnight travel.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Help Desk tickets, deploy IT assets, configure network devices, and collaborate with regional IT leadership to ensure reliable IT across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Broad knowledge across IT systems (hardware, networking, security, software).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for dealerships within a regional radius.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure.
• Install and maintain network devices, firewalls, and security systems.
• Collaborate with end users and regional IT leadership.
• Occasional out-of-town travel for specialized projects.
