Job summary

Bristol Bay Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Atlanta team, providing advanced technical support for Windows-based systems, mobile devices, and core business applications across our national network.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication. You will manage user accounts, MDM (Intune), and Office 365, while maintaining security compliance and supporting AV and conference room tech.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on IT support in help desk or technical support roles.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MDM platforms and mobile OS support (iOS/Android).
• Working knowledge of MS admin portal, Exchange admin portal, and identity management.
• Familiarity with Office 365 suite and enterprise apps (Adobe Pro).
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues involving laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops and manage system performance.
• Manage user accounts and access via MS Admin portal and Azure AD.
• Support and administer MDM solutions for smartphones and tablets.
• Install, configure, and maintain standard applications and security tools.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account provisioning.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and support infra improvements.
• Maintain security policy compliance and patching requirements.
• Support conference room tech (Teams Rooms, displays, AV).
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset tracking; coordinate warranty repairs.
