HDR is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on desktop, server, and network support in our Anchorage office. You’ll diagnose issues, deliver advanced troubleshooting, and coordinate with Systems Administrators on IT projects while ensuring exceptional customer service.

This on-site role supports 24/7 operations with on-call duties; travel may be required within the region. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent, 3+ years of technical

Qualificações

Required: Associate’s degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in technical support of PC, networks and servers.
Excellent working knowledge of computer and peripherals.
Experience with Windows 7/10/365 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with vendors to request service and manage issues.
Self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
Assist staff to achieve efficient use of computing technology and maximize resources.
Provide advanced troubleshooting on complex IT issues.
Serve as an in-house expert for complicated technical issues.
Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiatives.
Provide desk-side training for enterprise applications.
Assist inventory management of desktops, laptops, printers and other assets.
Coordinate local office IT topics and communicate effectively.
