Job summary

Qualifications

• Problem solving and written communication aptitude.
• 2-4 years of computer systems support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS; Linux/Mac a plus.
• Experience with Office365 end user/client support.
• Networking and Wi‑Fi fundamentals; able to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently at client locations and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and support software applications and business processes.
• Repair and replace faulty hardware; image and deploy equipment.
• Test and analyze new hardware/software configurations.
• Provide VPN and remote laptop support; assist with projects from implementation to testing.
• Document issues and solutions in a knowledgebase or policy documents.
• Update applications, websites, and content management systems.
